SHORTT'S THEATRE.
"Making a Man," which features Jack Holt, is to be screened at Shortt's Theatre to-day. The picture blends tragedy and humour most delightfully.- The story, written by Peter B. Kyne, tells of a man who "isc.a snob, disliked by everyone. Through the influence of his fiancee, played by Eva' Novak, he ultimately becomes a likeable personality. There are stirring chapters of intrigue and adventure in "Missing Millions," the supporting film. Alice Brady ie the star. The remaining pictures on the programme are of great variety. " -■
