PARAMOUNT AND ARTCRAFT.
The star feature at the Paramount and Artcraft Theatres to-day is "The Fast Mail," in which Charles Jones, the famous cowboy rider, is the leading character. He is supported by Eileen Percy, James Martin, William Steele. Adolph Menjou, and Harry Dunkinson. The plot is wound round the blowing up of a ferry steamer, a horse race over big fences, a thrilling forest fire, and a jump from a railway express in motion. The picture opens with the Dxieland Steeplechase. Barbara Bedford plays the leading role in "Winning with Wits," which is the supporting picture. She is assisted by a famous cast, and her fine acting is considerably aided by very pretty settings. Suitable music, in keeping with the programme, will be played at both theatres.
