PERSONAL MATTERS
The Hon. D. H.Guthrie, Minister of Lands, is to take part to-day in the opening ceremony of the Bruce Park at Hunterville. Mr. Guthrie returns to Wellington to-morrow.
The Hon. C. J. Parr, Minister of Education, and the Hon. G. J. Anderson return to Wellington from the South on Wednesday. '
The City Engineer (Mr. W. H. Morton) has been advised by his doctor to take a rest from his duties, and he has accordingly entered the Bowen street private hospital.
The New Zealand tennis team, which has been competing in the Australian championships, returned to Wellington by the Marama to-day.
