f AUSTRALIAN • NEW ZEALAND CABLB ' ASSOCIATION.) WASHINGTON, 14th April. The "Philadelphia Public Ledger's" Washington correspondent quoteß a, letter sent by ex-President. Wilson to the chairman of the Democratic Congress sional Campaign Committee, in which the .former President opposes President Harding's proposal for conditional adhesion to the International Court. Mr. Wilson declares: "I approve not of the conditional but of the unconditional adhesion of the United States to the World Court set up under the auspices of the League of Nations, though I think it would be more consistent with the fame of the United States for candour and courage to become a member of the League of Nations and share with the-other members the full responsibilities its covenant involves."
