The representatives of the organisation explain that it ia'their belief that in a few years time the world! ..will be '.listening to a Great Orator, and that it was with the idea of providing an auditorium where people might hear Hirii speak among the beauties of nature that they sought to.'build, the amphitheatre. The plans submitted ■to ths council shog a big structure on the lines of the old Roman amphitheatre, "with a 60 feet arena- and an ornamental elevai tion fronting-the beaoh.-
