TOWN OF BUER FINED
(RKDTER'S TELEGRAM.) (Received 13th April, noon.) BERLIN, 12th April. The town of Buer was fined fifty million marks, and all street traffic forbidden between 8 o'clock at night and 6 o'clock in the morning, owing:' to the blowing up of a neighbouring militarised railway line.
