Alexandria,' Minister of Foreign Affaira, in ah interview, said: "Greece will not and cannot pay an indemnity to Turkey, and prefers to refuse to sign the peace. Nevertheless, it is believed that Turkey needs peace and will be delighted to sigh. Greece.will then be free to put her fiqanpes in order and considerably reduce her army."
