MOTORIST INJURED
A motor-car driven by a man.named George Bowden collided with a telegraph pole on Thorndon quay about 6.50 p.m..yesterday, with the/result-that the driver was thrown out on to the road and received injuries necessitating his removal to the Hospital. It is reported, to-day that the injured man is progressing favourably. The other , occupants of the car were badly shaken.
