PRICES AT CHEISTCHURCH. (*T TELEGRAPH.—PRBSB ASSOCIATION.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. At the fifth wool sale the offering was 3560 bales. There was a. good attendance of buyers. Owing to lack of competition by local mills, merino was easier compared with last sale by a penny per pound. There was good competition for other sorts, halfbred being- a penny to three halfpence better, other sorts a full penny better.
