SYDNEY, This Day. Delegates to the Esperanto Congress were accorded a, pivic reception by the Lord Mayor. The congress complained of the action of the,-Postmaster-General in charging code rates- for., esperanto cables, and decided to aßk for the same privileges as for foreign languages. The conference olso decided to take steps for broadcasting short speeches by wireless.
