PARAMOUNT AND ARTCRAFT.
"Human Hearts" will be finally screened to-day at the Paramount and Artcraft Theatres. House Peters, who plays the character of Tom Logan, gives a fine rendering of a man with an unshaken confidence in Providence, who becomes the prey of a city woman seeking the land he owns. Interesting supportsi are included, and the star picture is preceded at the Paramount Theatre by a prettily-arranged prologue, during which Mr. E. E. M. Hewitt sings "That Old-fashioned Mother o' Mine." "PERJURY.". "Perjury," a William For special production, presenting William Farnum in a role which is said to make supreme demands. upon'his dramatic genius, will be screened at the Paramount and Artcraft Theatres to-morrow. Harry Millarde directed the big special, and the cast includes a number of well-known screen players. The 6tory of "Perjury" requires the famous star to display varying; emotions of tremendous intensity. Ye hero, Robert Moore, appears first as a strong and successful man of 45 years, ' manager of a large factory, and a happy husband and father, genial and cheerful. From this he is transformed by suspicion and' jealousy into a person in unceasing torment, followed by submissiveness as prison doors close upon him for twenty years. The supporting films are good, ' and special music will be played at both theatres. .
