Oringi Hack Handicap Hurdles, of 110 soys; one mile -and three-quarters.— Olynthus, 9.8; 1; KaU, 11.5, 2; Bevelry, 9.5, 3. Scratched: Lady Witchett, Tahumata. Won easily by- a length. Time, 3min 25sec.
Sapling Stakes, of 120 soys; five furlongs.—Misgovern, 7.9, 1; Tawehi, 7.9, 2; Fairy Ring,' 6.13, 3. All started* "VVon easily. Time, lmin 1:3 3-Sgec. %
