DEPARTURE OF JULES MICHELET
At an early hour thi* morning; after a night of various entertainment* for the members of the French Minion and the crew of the Jules Michelet, th» French cruiser drew quietly away from lier moorings at Clyde Quay Wharf and departed for Xew Caledonia. It js not expected that the vessel will return to France until about the end of July. No V message was left- this morning by the admiral, but it is expected that he will send his farewell to the Dominion by radio telegram.
