CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES

LONDON, 30th January,
Advices from Dublin state that it is believed that the Government is introducing a Bill, to deal adequately with civilian claims for damages, enabling compensation to be paid from the National Exchequer. It is estimated that the claims will amount to £30,000,000—about, one year's revenue.
