LONDON, 30th January. The "Daily Telegraph's" Rome correspondent says: "The Government has won the . warm approval of the whole country for its sweeping retrenchment and reforms of the Administration. Signor Mussolini has consnlted ,the Liberal leaders in view of the reassembly of Parliament on 6th February, and reached a definite understanding for a Liberal and Fascisti collaboration, and, possibly, fusion, betokening the most stable Government for many years."
