STORY LACKS CONFIRMATION.

A sensational message from Berlin has been published in the newspaper "Intransigent" to the effect that the German General' Staff has been reconstituted recently, and journeyed to the Main Valley, headed by General yon Kluck, who-has 300,000 men and corresponding material. The report, however, lackß confirmation.
