SUSPENDED BY GERMANY.
PARIS, 27th January. The "Liberte's" Dusseldorf correspondent says that tjie closjng of the Ruhr is imminent. All troops are in position. The Customs Houses are ready and the order to isolate the Ruhr is expected from Paris on Sunday. % The "Oolocne Gazette" says: '"JJhe f German Government has deciaed to suspend navigation on the Rhine. This will be a blow to Southern Germany, as most of the coal arrives there by water." ' '
