SWISS ELECTION RESULTS
( The rcsultß of the elections to the Swiss National Council were announced recently from Berne in a ReuterV message to the "Manchester Guardian." In the last Council 189 members were returned and in the new 198. The distrir bution of seats resulted as follows:— Radicals 59, previously '59 : CatholicCnnserratn;b group. 44, previously 41; Socialists 43, previously 38; Peasants and Bourgeois party 35, previously 31; Liberal-Conservative group. 10, previously 9; Political.
