HUTT LICENSING COMMITTEE
Th«, quarterly meeting of the Hutt Licensing Committee, held yesterday, was presided over by Mr. W. G. Riddell, o.M. Present: Messrs. A. Anderson., M. W. Welch, James Pearce, C. Bainsford, and, J. Fail-burn. The police reported that ths licensed, houses had been all well or fairly well conducted. The chairman said tho committee were satisfied, and hoped the position would continue. Transfers of the Family Hotel from W. G. M'Parland to A. D. Rains and of tho Bellevue Hotel from D. Christie to T. P. Lyons wero allowed.
