It is pointed out that the figures include the warships which are set down to be scrapped under the Washington Treaty. America has" 315 destroyers and 102 Isnbmarines built, and 38 submarines fouilding; and Britain has 184 destroyers and 93 submarines, and 8 submarines building. (Received July 29, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, 28th July. In addition to the ships shown hi the above table, Britain has eight battlecruisers, and Japan seven, and all the other Powers none.
