SYDNEY, This Day. Pastor Stewart, au Adventist missionary from the New Hebrides, repeats the charges of failure of tho Condominium. Government affairs, he says, are in a state of chaos and are rapidly drifting from bad to worse. He asserts that the illicit sale of firearms and liquor flourishes, and apart from the cruel practices of infanticide,' parricide and murder in which the heathen natives indulge, the sale of girls to become the' wives of their purchasers is still widely practised. The pries of a girl aged' from sis to twelve ranges from ten to thirty pigs.
