(-NIT.D PRESS ASSOCIATION,—COPTRIGHT.) !-i (Received July 12, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day, [ Mr. Barnes, acting-general secretary of the Australian Workers' Union, has informed the District Court that the new I rules of the union made provision for the members to sign on at award rates, i which is interpreted as a withdrawal of the opposition to Mr. Justice Powers', award.
