PUBLIC SPEAKING
The inaugural lecture of the United V.M.C.A. Schools' Publio Speaking Course will be delivered. to-night, at' 8 o'clock,-in the Assembly of the Willisstreet V.M.C.A., by Mr. O. C. Mazengarb, M.A., LL.M., -who has consented'to act as one of the instructors of the course. The course, which consists of four textbooks, sixteen lectures, with supplementary talks on many interesting side-lights, will deal with the fundamentals of public speaking and how to apply them to daily life whatever the-student's work may, be. Personality and a-clear understanding of the principles of: successful publio speaking will be developed as the course proceeds, *and all men 'Interested are invited to bo. present to-night.
