A report was made by the chairman (Mr.' Albert ■E; Neilson). at last night's meeting of the Wellington Rugby Referee's Association that the Berhampore Club, had withdrawn. the lettei containing a motion regarding Mr. 11. Evenson (referee), and that Mr. J. Moffitt, who had presided at the club's meeting, had appeared before the executive, of the. as-, sociation and explained that he had,made no charge of club bias atrainst Mr. Evenson. . Tlie executive recommended that the withdrawn! should be accepted. A motion by Mr. R. _. Bailey; that the recommendation be adopted, was carried unanimously.
