The above match also counted for a hc«t in tho local league's contests, ■ Ngaio scoring a win in the senior division (boavde 1 to 6 inclusive), and also in the junior division (boards 7to 12 inclusive). This contest concludes the second round of the league's fixtures. The drawings for the third round are as follow; —On Tuesday, 4th instant: Wellingon A v. Wellington South (senior and junior), at tho Newtown Public Library, and Wellington B v Ngaio at Ngaio (senior and junior). The Working Men's Club hais the bye. The Wellington Club will thus have 24 players travelling to-morrow (Tuesday), which U a unique experience for the club.
