MELBOURNE, This Day. The Federal Cabinet discussed cottongrowing in Queensland, ' New South WaJes, and West Australia. Mr. Hughes subsequently announced that the Commonwealth and the States concerned will co-operate in making a success of cottonsrowing, which is an integral part of the immigration pc-licj. He hoped that Britain would, directly or through the Empire Cotton Growers' Association, also co-operate.
