DEFAULTERS FROM DRILL
Failure to attend drill was responsible for the appearance of several young men before Mr. F. It Hnnt, S.M., yesterday afternoon. The following penalties were imposed:—Hilnjor Norman . Davie, 10s and costs; William Osborne, Leslie Justin Wood, and Edward Pope, each £1 and costs; John Alexander Gordon Turner and Albert Edward Peterson, each £2 and costs. Maurice Isherwood, who failed to pay a fine of 5s imposed by his commanding officer, was fined 10s and costs.
