The feature of this progressive firm is that it is always up to date, and as the senior of the firm has lately returned from having visited the principal countries in the world where dairy machinery is being made as a speciality, he has brought out, and is now showing, a handsome assortment of dairy factory requirements, and we feel sure that everyone interested in the dairying business will call at the firm's large and well-appointed stand. ' The Silkborg Engineering Company is worthily represented. There is a very fine 2000-gallon capacity milk regenerative pasteuriser, which shows very fine workmanship and finish. There are milk and cream pasteurisers, milk, cream, and water pumps, and there are milk and cream weighers, and cheese and butter workers. There is a large assortment of Lacta and Milka hand separators, in all-sizes and prices, and of excellent make, the Lacta being an exceptionally fine machine. i Then there are cheese-making appliances, the Dunn latest agitators, curd mixers, and continuous presses, which so improve the manufacturing 6f New Zealand cheese, and which save a tremendous amount of hard work, which used to be done by manual labour. Then the firm has an excellent exhibition of N.K.J. cheese rennet and dairy preparations. The quality of the N.K.J. rennet is such that of the whole consumption in Denmark three parts of the rennet used is N.K.J. _ '

A novelty is. also introduced for, the first time, it being a most ingenious device in the shape of a cattle weigher, the Kjellerup, whereby the farmers can in a few minutes, weigh their stock and then sell at weight, instead of the usual and uncertain practice of selling by guesswork. The machine delivers a plain printed ticket, which shows the weight accurately.

Taking it right through, if is quite an education to inspect the, various articles on the stand, the large staff in charge being most obliging and courteous.
