The President, Li Yuan Hung, has issued a mandate granting an amnesty to Chang Tso-lin, the Governor of Mukdon, who pledges fealty to the new Government.
Official advices state that Dr. Sun Tat Sen, President of the Southern Republic, fled from Canton, which is occupied by Chen Chiung Ming, as the result of a. coup. Sun Vat Sen's principal army is in a precarious position, facing Wu Pei Fu's army in Nanchang, Kiangsi province..
