Widespread but unconfirmed rumours are being circulated in Paris and Brussels that Bolsheviks have assassinated M. Vandervelde, the leading Belgian Socialist and a former Minister, who was one of the counsel for the defence at the trial of social revolutionaries at Moscow.,
