Messrs. Dalgety also report that 2300 casks of tallow were offered, and 1500 casks sold. Fine mutton, none sold. Nominal quotations,. 40s per cwt. Mutton, prime, Is lower, at 33s 6d to 395. Good colour mixed wid ox beef unchanged, 36s 6d; medium and inferior descriptions, Is to 2s higher.
