MINIATURE RIFLES
SUBURBS CLUB;
The newly-formed miniature section of the Wellington Suburbs Rifle 'Club has just completed a series of- evening competitions for trophies. The contests have been very keen, and the results reflect great credit on the handicappers. The three successful competitors are:— A. Harris, 70; H. Hunt, 70; B. Dunn, 69.
For the aggregate prize the best totals were:—A. Bellamore, 204; W. Isaac, 202; J. Smart, 202; T. Goodall, 202; H. Hunt, 202; A. Harris, 200.
Last Wednesday evening's competition was again keen, "the leading scores being:-^. Smart, 70; A. Harris, 69; T.; Goodall, 69; W. Fellingham, 69; H. Hunt, 69; A. Bennett, 69; W. Isaac, 69; A. Symonds, 68; A. Bellamore, 68; B.Dunn, 68.
The club has two senior teams competing in the inter-team matches of the Wellington Miniature Association, and for a first-season club they are giving a good account of themselves.
