LABOUR PARTY'S PROTEST

MELBOURNE, This Day. It is stated that the Federal Labour Party' intends to make a vigorous protest against Mr. W. M. Hughes's action in approving the wireless scheme without tiie consent of Parliament. It is contended that it is <\ dangerous precedent to commit the country to the expenditure of half a million without Parliamentary sivnetion.
