AUSTRALIAN AGREEMENT
SYDNEY, 25th April.
A general meeting of the Amalgamated Wireless of Australasia considered the agreement with the .Commolbwealth Government. «It was resolved to'amend ■the company* articles in accordance with the agreement, a.nd to increase tha company's capital by the. issue of 800,000 £1- shares.
