ALL-ROUND DECREASES.
The vital statistics for March, 1922, of the Wellington Registration District, .when compared with the figuTes for March, 1921, show a decrease in every branch, while the first quarterly return ■for this year, when compared with the return for the first quarter of last year, except in the case of births, also shows; a decrease. The figures for the periods ■under review are:—
