"FAIR TO CLOUDY"
The westerly .winds which made matters so disagreeable yesterday and this morning backed round to the south just before noon. This was in accordance with a forecast issued by the Dominion Meteorologist. Fair to cloudy weather may be expected generally, and scattered showers are probable south of New Plymouth and CastJepoint. The barometer is due to rise. '
