PARIS, 7th March.
The M&tdn states that France and Britain have agreed regarding the conditions under which Germany will be allowed from the sth May to "resume the manufacture of commercial aircraft. The technical definition gives the limits in weight, dimensions, speed, and engine power, beyond which aircraft shall be defined as military, and must bo de•stroyed. The machines conforming to the specified limits shall be regarded as commeircial and may be manufactured for export. Other conditions relate to the control of factories, their technical personnel, and a permanent control commission. '
