The appeal of Edward Black,' the insurance agent, who .was sentenced ,to death for the murder of his. wife at.his home in Tregonissey, Cornwall, has been dismissed. '
[Black left h!s v home "on business," and his wife, who was ill at^the time, died • while he was away. The inquest revealed that ehe had been poisoned with arsenic, by her husband.]
