On the petition of the Commercial Agency, Ltd., as assignees for W; Wigins Ltd.,. saddlers, G. D. Wilson, commission agent, was today by Mr. Justice Hosking adjudged bankrupt, as having failed tf comply with a judgment by default in the Magistrate's Court on' 24th November, 1921, for the sum of £139 18s and costs given in favour of the creditors. Mr. M. Gillon appeared for the petitioner, and Mr. A. B. Sievwrighfc for the bankrupt. Messrs. E. Johnston and Co. will sell furniture at No. 10, "Waterloo-avenue, at 10.30 a.m. to-morrow; on Wednesday, at 10.30 a.m., in their mart; on Thursday, at 10.30 a.m., at No. 14. Angus-avenue, and at 1.30 p.m. tho stock-in-lrudo of V. Portman and' Co., at No. 180, Lambtonqu»y.
