DECISION OF'MINER-3' EXECUTIVE.
Just before the close of the list session of Parliament, a report was mentioned in tho House of Representatives.to the effect that in the event of trouble arising in the New South Walei. tval mining industry, eteps would, bo taken, by tho New South Wales coalmine owners to secure supplies of coal from New Zealand. Mr. P. O'Roufke, secretary of the New Zealand Miners' Federation, informed a Post reporter to-day that this matter had been considered by the executive of the federation, which had decided that no coal- should be allowed to go to Australia in. the circumstances contemplated by the New South Wales coalmine owners.
