MEDICAL CONFERENCE
PROCEEDINGS CONCLUDE,
The annual conference of the New Zealand branch of the British Medical Association concluded iti sittings yesterday. Dr. P. Ohisholm read: an interesting paper on "The Use of Hanmer to the General Practitioner," in which he referred to the benefi?- derived by shellshock and other patients from treatment at Hanmer. ,
Dr. R. Campbell Begg was elected honorary secretary, and Dr. J, S. Elliott editor of the Journal. As the next annual meeting is to be held at Christchurch,' ii) was decided to remit the election of the remainder of the officers to the iC&niter- ( bury section. Votes of thanks were accorded the retiring president (Dr. W. Young), :and the hon. secretaries (Drs. R. Campbell Begg and T. D. M. Stout).
