THE OPTIMIST.
Sir. Holland has discovered: that there is another optimist in tfte House besides the Prime Minister. After the Hon. G. J. Anderson had stated very briefly the provisions of the Arbitration law, which the new Bill proposed to alter, Mr. HolJand exclaimed, in amafcemwit: "And you expect to get through in a. fortnight." "I believe," said Mr. Anderson, "that when the House sees the wxxpoaals, members will be co impressed that they will put-the Bill through without any trouble." -"You are very optimistic," was Mr. Holland's reply.
