LONDON, 16th January. Sir Charles' Bell, who conducted the Indo-Tibetan political mission, has' returned to London. He scouts the story of Bolshevik penetration in Tibet. Bolshevism, .he says, is wholly abhorrent to the Tibetans. The people who display keen aspirations for national independence warmly welcomed British-friend-ship! Sir Charles Bell established the friendliest relations with Tibet.
