YON LUDENDORFF
PROSECUTION REFUSED.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPTRIQHT.}
(AUSTRALIAN - NEW ZIALAND CAILR ASSOCIATION.) BERLIN, 15th January.
Herr Eadbruch, Minister of Justice, has refused the demand of Socialist members of the Reichstag to prosecute yon Ludendorff on the ground of complicity in the Kapp insurrection. Herr Eadbruch declares that though the yon Jagow trial showed yon Ludendorff's direct connection with the conspirators, correspondence revealed that he was deliberately kept in the background, in case the Government struck at the conspiracy before it ripened.
