MELBOURNE, This Day.
The Minister of the Navy has explained that the crews of three destroyers1 have been put on the reserve, and not paid off. They will be transferred to other vessels in commission.
[It •wa« stated yesterday that throe destroyers—the Tasmania, Tatton, and Success—were to be paid off in accordance with thp scheme of defence retrenchment.]
