NEW TREATY IS SATISFACTORY

All the information in the hands of the Harding Administration indicates -that the Treaty between Germany, and the United States is entirely, satisfactory to the principal Allied and Associated Powers. The American Government has communicated the text to the various Powers as a diplomatic courtesy. It is understood that M. Briand, Premier of France, informally expressed himself as personally satisfied.
