EMPRESS THEATRE.
Sessue Hayakawa, the Japanese actor, is seen at the Empress Thoatre this week in a- tale of Egypt, "An Arabian Knight." Apart from quite a fine plot, the picture has many interests, for many of its scenes were filmed ill the na.vxow alleys ol£ old Egypt, in t/he underground tunnels of Hashish dens, the elaborate homes of dancing girls, and the palaces of princes. Hayakawa is seen in the role of a. "dragoman," a. donkey boy. A full programme of supporting films is shown.
