REFERRED TO A TRIBUNAL.

The Irish railway directors and workera have agreed to refer the present dispute, which has threatened a grave stfikej to a tribunal on which the directors and workers will each nominate five representatives. The Lord Chancellor is nominating ■ a. chairman.
