(Received August 15, 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. Archbishop Mannix, in a speech, stated that the passport issued to him in .England was marked : "Does not entitle ■bearer to land in Australia. Ho sails at his own risk." He did sail, and did not regret it.
