TIMARU AND WAITAKI HIGH SCHOOLS

- TIMAEU, 11th August.
The annual Rngby match, Waitaki High School v. Tjmaru Boys': High School, was played here to-day, arid resulted in a victory for the home team by 21 points ■> to 5. Much interest was taken in the match, arid there wae a large attendance. As a strong nor'wester was blowing along the ground four 20-minute spells were played. ■ The visitors were heavier, but less speedy than the Timaru team. Waitaki played a plucky game all through.
